Connect Resourcing was founded in 1999 by Ari Richardson and Will Sharp. They met in 1996 when working for the Capita Group and quickly established that they had shared beliefs, standards and values about how recruitment should be delivered both to clients and candidates.

They also recognised that the Energy and Commodity markets represent one of the most dynamic and ever changing sectors in the world economy and that there was a place for a specialist recruitment consultancy that really understands the sector.

Between them they have built an excellent reputation for their open, honest and enthusiastic approach to the recruitment process which is appreciated by both their clients and candidates. Their focus has always been on building long term relationships and offering exceptional levels of recruitment customer service.

Their recruitment skills cover both permanent (Search & Contingency) and interim assignments which has always allowed them to tailor the correct recruitment solutions to their clients’ requirements.
