Business Development Director - Energy Sector

Title: Director or Vice President, Business Development (depending on exp)

Salary: ₤100,000 - ₤130,000pa + package depending on experience

Location: London + travel in EMEA region

Responsibilities:
• Working with the Consultancy Sales organization and other Company staff, you will lead efforts to sell consulting assignments for clients in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) Energy Production sector
• You will then manage these assignments, as well as similar assignments sold by other company staff
• Contribute technically to the execution of these and other assignments, as well as preparation of subscription products (e.g., semi-annual base case subscription products)
• Contribute to the growth of the EMEA sub-practice specifically, and the Advisors practice generally, by mentoring junior and mid-level staff, participating in sub-practice and practice strategic planning activities, and providing leadership

Qualifications:
• Minimum ten years experience consulting to participants in EMEA energy markets (energy asset management and optimisation experience essential)
• Track record of increasing responsibility
• Track record of consulting assignment sales and subsequent project management
• Master’s degree or higher in Economics, Finance, or related field
